A great taste of the Great Lakes! Angling for big game salmon and trout on Lake Michigan is exciting, challenging and fun!  It makes a lifetime experience for individuals, groups and families. Jack’s Waterfront Bistro HI_Sunrise4+ Bar would like to add to your experience by proudly offering the Michigan Catch and Cook program.  Book your excursion with a participating fishing charter and your captain will clean, bag and tag your catch of the day. Bring it to us (one hour advanced reservation requested. Guests will be seated in the dining room unless deck dining is an available option) and our chef will prepare your fresh catch the way you like it! Enjoy your fish with a wide variety of side selections, garden salad, warm rolls & butter for only $15 per person.

About Michigan Catch and Cook Program

Launched in 2012, Michigan Catch & Cook allows charter fishing clients who catch fish from Michigan’s Great Lakes an opportunity to take their fresh catch to a participating Michigan restaurant to cook and serve those fish to those clients.
