Front Desk

Guest Service Agent – Responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests; taking hotel reservations; and concierge services in a gracious and professional manner.

Kids Club Specialists – Responsible for organizing, planning and executing activities for guests children during specified times on the weekends during the summer season and reports to the Director of Rooms.

Jack’s Waterfront Restaurant

Host/Hostess – Expected to provide world class service to our guests by being friendly, positive and professional while finding guest’s appropriate seats in the restaurant or on the deck and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Restaurant Servers – Currently in search of team players that are used to a fast paced environment and has great customer service skills. Servers are responsible for interacting with our guests to ensure they have a memorable experience when dining at Jack’s Waterfront Bistro. Should have the availability to work all shifts. Serving experience recommended but willing to train. Reports to Restaurant Manager and Supervisors.

Busser – To provide world class service to our guests by being friendly, positive and professional clearing plates, food or drink off of the guests tables reports to Restaurant Manager.

Banquet Set-Up Duties and Responsibilities

Restaurant Expo – Oversees that the food from the kitchen is prepared to go out to guests and find the correct server and table. The expo is the only person that communicates between the server and the kitchen and reports to the Restaurant Managers and Chef.

Kitchen

Cooks – To provide world glass service to our guests by preparing quality food in a timely manner to guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner or banquet events.

Pantry – Under the direction of on duty chefs and the food and beverage department, the pantry worker is expected to perform assigned food preparation duties.

Maintenance

Maintenance – Provide world class service to our guests by maintaining the hotel, restaurant and grounds of the property, and providing guests that have maintenance related issues with a friendly, positive and professional manner.

Pool Attendant – Responsible for keeping the pool area clean, maintain pool PH levels, and keep pool towels adequately supplied. Also responsible for maintaining flowered baskets in great lawn area.

Housekeepers – Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are cleaned to IHG standards and linens are restocked.

Marketing

Marketing/Design Intern – The intern will gain experience marketing using a large range of online tools across multiple channels – including print, email, web and social media. The intern will have the opportunity to work on integrated campaigns, drive online sales and actions, track and report on these projects, and learn how to adapt and improve marketing efforts. The intern will participate in design and development, making familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications essential, but just as important is the capability to design and market for a wide range of purposes.
